We are giving back customer relations to Hotels since 2016. Today, we do so with many premises across Europe and are fast growing.
With a strong connection to the University of Lund, one of the world’s top 100 universities and the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Skåne, one of the world’s top innovative regions, we have received plentiful support and appreciation since our inception.
Bookboost is proud partner of LU Holding and alumni of Fast Track Malmö Business Accelerator which only accepts 1% of all applicants and was voted “Best Accelerator in the Nordics”. Recently, Bookboost was awarded one of the winners of VentureCup Business Idea competition and belonged to one of the finalists of Norwegian hotel tycoons Petter Stordalen’s “Gründer million”.
It's 2018 and guests, especially millennial, are expecting a seamless and direct line of communication with their brands. We believe it's about time to imbue modern chat systems with hotels to help them on their mission to get better guest relationships and more direct bookings!

About Bookboost
Bookboost is a young startup with a fast growth rate with the mission to put hotels on top of their game by bringing them closer to their guests through direct messaging services. As a scalable SaaS platform, Bookboost works both re-actively, facilitating guests’ contact with hotels’ staff and pro-actively, supporting the hotels’ connection with their guests. We believe in human connection and personal experiences. By offering hotels the tools to reach their guests instantly a hotel creates quality relationships. By building upon a friendly, human and personal environment; hotels make and retain more bookings!
What will you be doing?
- Experiment with different outreach strategies for sales
- Be motivated to work toward sales targets
- Schedule introductory meetings with potential customers
- Perform sales meetings
- Growing our client base
- Represent Bookboost at fairs and events
- Log all sales activities in our CRM
What are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate would have some previous experience in a sales-oriented role and wish to take on new responsibilities. The skill of working both as part of a team and proactively in an independent manner is important. The startup environment is full of dynamic challenges and calls for individuals with the ability to adapt and structure their work in ever-changing environments. Proficiency in English, in both verbal and written communication, is key for this position, additional languages are obviously highly valued but not mandatory.
